Hope Solo, Sydney Leroux, Alex Morgan, Megan Rapinoe, and Stephanie Cox all now play for the Seattle Sounders in the United Soccer Leagues’ W- League. Becky Sauerbrunn just signed with D.C. United in the USL W-League. Women’s Premiere Soccer League Elite: Lori Lindsey Western New York Flash; Heather O’Reilly Boston Breakers; Tobin Heath New York Fury. More signings still to come. I don’t think any of them will play overseas. But Christen Press plays for Göteborg FC in Sweden’s Damallsvenskan.
ugh, I know!! And Until someone tears it from me I still have Hope that she’ll be back in time for London. Can’t wait for the game though. It’ll be a good one! 🙂
