  1. It’s a 16 year league what did you haters expect, as much as I watch the EPL, Liga Mexicana and other leagues, MLS its improving and it will get better simply just wait.

  2. The reason people hate or put down the MLS is because it’s the only sports league in America that is not a top tier league which in europe there’s he EPL, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundasliga. If the MLS become a top tier league they will have nothing.

  3. Maybe a couple are not placed very well. But its not fair to say they all suck considering the amount of talented US goalkeepers playing in Europe

  4. if u look at all the goals the goalies are not that good some of them could be block

  5. The US produce a lot of great goalies… Dont post ignorant comments if you dont know what you’re talking about.

  6. …especially if you’re English–where do you think the word “soccer” comes from? Around 1880, there were several versions of related sports–rugby football, association (“soccer”) football, etc. So it makes sense to call it soccer in a country where we have American / NFL football, which is not going to go away, to differentiate it. So go rag on some Italians for calling it “calcio.”

  7. Why the hell does it matter what we call it ? It’s the same damn sport. Quit whining about the name and just enjoy the sport itself.

  8. Something to note is that there are a lot of foreign players in MLS, like in the European Leagues.

  9. @ThaHedge
I agree with you. It seems football/soccer is one of the most territorial sports out there, so it fosters a lot of hate between clubs, let alone countries.
    It’s completely stupid to me.
MLS is improving all the time, and I say the more the merrier.

  10. i don’t understand all the hate for american soccer. honestly, the quality of play in the mls (although still not near that of europe’s top leagues) is quite decent, and is constantly improving. and for europeans who get all possessive over football (or soccer): grow up, it’s a global game.

  11. There is some pretty goals but half of them would no of been a goal in the premier league or spanish league tbh.

  12. the seattle sounders pwn and thats that, english teams are cool but sounders are very cool

  13. well look at the mls all star games before that…. they show a completely different story

  14. Trust me alot of people hate on the mls for no reason. It’s getting better and better and getting more mainstream. It’s still ways off of Europe’s level, but it’s growing fantastically here and I love it. Also about the stadiums, it’s 2008… there has been alot of progress since then, so go onto wikipedia and search for the new stadiums and planned ones 🙂

  15. It seems that there is more of a focus on individual flare in the American game than the English, but the English game has a lot more focus on team coherence.

  16. idk why youd bash this…there are some fantastic goals in this video! watch and appreciate

  17. I’ve heard that MLS is terrible, well this is my first time seeing it in action and I gotta say there’s some good football going on there, some trippy stadiums though.

  18. Okay, let’s get this straight. FOOTBALL = SOCCER! IT DOESN’T FUCKING MATTER! Really, you guys are just looking for arguments I swear.

“ARGH! SOMEONE CALLS THE SPORT A DIFFERENT NAME! HOW DARE THEY HAVE DIFFERENT THOUGHTS OR IDEAS!!! UUU R LOOZERZ!!!!!”
