The return of the lethal and prolific Cristiano Ronaldo to Old Trafford meant that the Red Devils have added firepower in attack including the likes of Edinson Cavani, Mason Greenwood, Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes, Anthony Martial, and the recently-promoted Anthony Elanga all vying for a starting role.

However, despite the wealth in attack, the English Premier League giants are currently lying in fourth position in the league table, 19 points far from current leaders and neighboring rivals Manchester City even though they have played one game less.
